Employers' health insurance costs soar in Boston

The average cost of providing a worker's health insurance will soon top $10,000 a year for Boston-area employers, according to a survey of local companies. The results of the survey emphasize that healthcare costs continue to increase at a rate faster than inflation, despite efforts to control expenses.
